We primarily work with individuals who want in-home, community and employment supports

We are contracted with Oregon Department of Disabilities, Vocational Rehabilitation and Oregon Commission for the Blind.

We provide services and supports in Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington County.

We have an Activities Director to provide our clients with daily activities in order to help them foster community relationships in a safe environment.

We train all our DSP's & EP's to be skills trainers in order to have a teaching approach.

We are routine based and schedule our clients consistently at the same day and time each week.

We value and promote communication, collaboration, diversity, advocacy, and self directed supports.
Our mission for any individual who is interested in employment is that we are able to assist them with their goals throughout the whole process. This is where the supports of Discovery, Career Exploration, Job Development, Job Coaching Short and Long Term come into play. Our ultimate goal for employment supports is for all individuals to become as independent as possible. We have employment professionals who come from all different backgrounds and are dedicated to giving individuals the tools and support needed.

Direct Support Professional Services
Our Attendant Care Supports provide personalized, compassionate assistance to help individuals live safely, independently, and confidently at home and in the community. Services include help with daily living tasks, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, and support with medical appointments. We also offer skill-building, life management, communication development, advocacy, socialization opportunities, and guidance in achieving personal goals. All services are delivered with respect, dignity, and a focus on promoting independence, well-being, and a higher quality of life—plus much more tailored to each individual’s needs.
