Patricia Kendrick

Patricia Kendrick opened Oregon Provider because she served the DD/ID community since 2012 as an Independent Contractor and wanted to give more to her beautiful community. Since June of 2017, we have been able to help the people we serve by giving them the tools and platform to obtain there self directed goals and to contribute to their community on all levels. We appreciate our community supporters, our team, and the people we serve, without you, we would not be who we are!

    Bill is responsible for billing, technology including phone systems, computers and software used by our Agency. If you need his assistance or have a technology related question, please contact him via email.

      Heather A McMahon

        I'm an easy going fun loving person. I have two amazing kiddos and a husband that I claim as my third child. I love living in the most topographical state and everything it has to offer. I enjoy; skiing, snowboarding, camping, but I really love to float with my kids and watch the bald eagles fly overhead. I have been doing some form of administration work for 15+ years. I recently had the opportunity to work with Chinese athletes, I felt so good knowing I was making a difference and impacting each of their lives. I knew moving forward it was vital to my happiness to work for a company that contributes to making the world a better place.

        Rebecca Smith


          Hello my name is Rebecca and I am in my mid 30's. I have always enjoyed doing things outside and love sports. I have been in the field working with people with barriers for about 6 years now. Prior to this I was a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant). I have learned many life skills and lessons while working with people and I enjoy training others and teaching them how to live independently. I previously was the client coordinator for this agency and I am now the employment coordinator. My job with employment is to oversee our employment specialist and guide them with the support needed through each process as well as obtaining new customers for our employment specialist. I have always had a mothering personality and with this job I am able to help others in a way that truly fulfills me.

          Brianna Tesdal


            Hello my name is Brianna. I grew up a military child traveling all over, but have always called Oregon home. My husband and I enjoy sharing our love for the outdoors with our 3 year old son by hiking, rafting, camping you name it ! I  have worked in various roles supporting people with Barriers for over 8 years in California and Oregon. I look forward to all new experiences and being out in the community. I am excited to be working as an employment professional and a member of the  DD&MH provider of Oregon team !

            Tina Knautz


              Hello! My name is Tina and I am so excited to be joining the Oregon Providers team. I’m a native Oregonian, but have lived all over the United States. I come with a pretty eclectic background, with many years in counseling and behavioral health. My husband and I live here in Sandy with our little pup rescue, Maisie Grace. We are passionate for all things ocean, love to travel off the beaten path, are avid walkers and adore all things furry or feathered. I believe in community, in supports, in people and in Grace. I believe that all things are possible and that nothing is impossible.
