Patricia Kendrick
Agency Director & Founder

Driven by a deep passion for the DD/ID community, Patricia Kendrick founded Oregon Provider in 2017 to create a lasting impact. Beginning her journey as an Independent Contractor in 2012, Patricia saw the need for a more comprehensive approach to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Her vision was to build a supportive environment where clients could achieve their self-directed goals and actively participate in their communities.

Under Patricia’s leadership, Oregon Provider has become a trusted resource, empowering clients with the tools, guidance, and encouragement they need to thrive. Her commitment to fostering independence and community involvement has made a meaningful difference in many lives. Patricia's success is a testament to the strong relationships she has built with the community, the dedication of her team, and the trust of those they serve. She remains deeply grateful for the collective effort that has shaped Oregon Provider into the compassionate organization it is today.

    Billy Kendrick
    Network Administrator

    Bill Kendrick plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our agency's technology infrastructure. As the Network Administrator, he is responsible for managing our billing systems, maintaining our phone systems, and overseeing all computers and software used by the agency. Bill’s expertise keeps our technology running efficiently, enabling our team to focus on delivering the best possible service to our clients. Whether troubleshooting issues, implementing new systems, or providing ongoing support, Bill is the go-to person for all things tech-related. If you need his assistance or have any technology-related questions, he’s always available via email to help.

      River David Campbell
      Administrative Assistant 

      River is a dedicated professional in his mid-20s with a diverse background in Attendant Care and Employment Supports. Currently, he manages VCRs, MSNs, and IRs in the office four days a week and conducts Home Studies and mentors fieldworkers during his field day at the Community Dinner. He also helps plan and organize the company's events. Outside of work, River enjoys spending time outdoors, working on trucks, and playing video games with his three-year-old dog, Oakley, always by his side.

        Alyssa Kendrick
        Administrative Assistant 

        Hi, I’m Alyssa, but you can call me Allie! I’m an Administrative Assistant with about a year and a half of DSP experience, mainly working in the community and providing medication support. After assisting Patricia in the office and taking a break from the field, I’m excited to be back. I enjoy video games, hiking, fishing, camping, and cooking. My goal is to further develop my management skills and continue learning new things.

          Rebecca Smith
          Employment Director

            Rebecca, has provided services since 2014 working with individuals facing barriers, following her experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant & Home Care Worker. She enjoys outdoor activities and loves sports. Currently, as the employment director, Rebecca oversees and supports employment specialists while helping to acquire new clients. Previously, she served as the client coordinator for the agency. With a nurturing personality, Rebecca finds fulfillment in training and teaching others to live independently & gain meaningful employment.

            Brianna Tesdal
            Document Writer

              Brianna, a military child who calls Oregon home, shares her love for the outdoors with her husband and son through activities like hiking, rafting, and camping. With over ten years of experience supporting people with barriers in California and Oregon, she looks forward to new experiences and community engagement. Brianna is excited to be working as an employment professional and a member of the Provider of Oregon team.

              Luis Ornelas
              Employee Mentor

                Luis is a dedicated professional in his late 20s, currently pursuing education focused on assisting individuals with developmental delays. With many years of hands-on experience, he has been instrumental in helping people access the services they deserve. Luis’s commitment to this field is deeply personal, as he has two siblings with developmental delays, which fuels his passion and dedication to making a difference. His compassionate and proactive approach ensures that each person he works with receives the highest level of care and opportunities.

                Shayla Hays
                Administrative Assistant 

                  Shayla Hays recently transitioned into the role of Administrative Assistant, after four years of dedication as a Direct Support Professional since July 2018. Based in the Sandy and Estacada areas, she continues to bring her passion for helping others, both in her administrative work and by supporting customers in their personal growth. Living in Sandy with her husband and son, Shayla enjoys the outdoors and approaches her work with care and enthusiasm daily.
