After starting as an Independent Contractor, Patricia saw the need for a more personalized, community-centered approach to care. She envisioned an agency where clients could set self-directed goals, gain independence, and be active participants in their communities. Billy
Network Administrator
Since 2023
Bill Kendrick plays a key role in maintaining the technology that keeps Oregon Provider running smoothly. As our Network Administrator, he oversees billing systems, phone operations, computer networks, and software used throughout the agency. His expertise ensures everything functions efficiently so our team can focus on supporting clients. From troubleshooting issues to implementing new systems, Bill is the go-to person for anything tech-related. His dependable support keeps daily operations on track. If you need assistance or have tech questions, Bill is always available via email to help.

River
Compliance Manager
Since 2024
River is Oregon Provider’s Compliance Manager and a valued member of the HR Team. In his mid-20s, he brings a solid background in Attendant Care and Employment Supports. River plays a central role in onboarding, training compliance, and ensures all DSPs receive proper ISP training. He leads staff training efforts across the agency, helping to maintain consistency, quality, and compliance. River also organizes the agency’s weekly Community Dinner, using it as an opportunity to mentor field staff and foster team engagement. Known for his reliability, attention to detail, and calm leadership style, River is an essential part of Oregon Provider’s continued growth and commitment to high standards. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, working on trucks, and relaxing with video games.

Coco
Client Coordinator
Since 2023
Coco serves as Oregon Provider’s Client Coordinator, where she plays a central role in connecting clients, families, and caseworkers with qualified Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). With over 10 years of customer service experience in beauty, banking, and childcare, she brings strong communication skills and empathy to every interaction. Erica collaborates closely with employees, caseworkers, and families to ensure each client is paired with a DSP who best fits their personality, needs, and goals. Her background in caregiving and firsthand experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities give her unique insight into creating meaningful and lasting support relationships. Known for her professionalism, warmth, and dedication, Erica helps bridge the gap between administrative coordination and personal connection, ensuring that every match supports safety, trust, and long-term success for both clients and staff.

Ronnie
Employee Mentor
Since 2023
Ronnie serves as a Mentor guiding DSPs at Oregon Provider. With nearly 15 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, including more than six years as a Direct Support Professional, Ronnie has built a strong foundation in person-centered care, behavioral support, and community inclusion. His hands-on experience working directly with clients has given him a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of direct support, as well as the skills needed to provide compassionate, effective care. These experiences have shaped his approach as a Mentor, where he now focuses on training, coaching, and empowering DSPs to perform their roles with confidence and professionalism. Ronnie’s calm leadership, practical teaching style, and emphasis on teamwork and communication help build a supportive environment where DSPs feel valued, capable, and connected to their purpose in delivering exceptional care.

Rebecca
Employment Director
Since 2017
Rebecca has been providing services since 2014, with a strong background as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Home Care Worker. She enjoys the outdoors and has a passion for sports. As Oregon Provider’s Employment Director and Employee Mentor, Rebecca leads and supports the employment specialist team, helps onboard new clients, and guides staff with training and mentorship. She previously served as the agency’s Client Coordinator, gaining valuable insight into client needs and agency operations. Known for her nurturing personality, Rebecca finds fulfillment in helping individuals gain independence, build confidence, and achieve meaningful employment. Brianna
Document Writer
Since 2022
Brianna, a military child who now calls Oregon home, brings over ten years of experience supporting individuals with barriers in both California and Oregon. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and son through hiking, camping, and rafting. As Oregon Provider’s Document Writer, Brianna creates clear, compassionate, and person-centered documentation that reflects the values and goals of those we serve. Her background in direct support gives her unique insight into client needs, helping her craft accurate, empowering narratives across ISPs, support plans, and agency communications. Brianna values teamwork, community, and creating documents that truly represent the people behind them. She is proud to be part of a mission-driven agency focused on independence, inclusion, and meaningful support.

Jacque
Employee Mentor
Since 2022
Jaque serves as a Mentor at Oregon Provider, bringing 36 years of professional experience across medical and non-medical fields, including caregiving and disability support. In her dual role as Mentor and Employment Professional, she plays a vital part in supporting employees and clients through mentorship, advocacy, and workforce development. Jaque provides guidance to DSPs to strengthen their skills, promote quality care, and uphold agency standards, while also assisting clients in achieving independence and meaningful employment. Her leadership fosters confidence, growth, and connection within the team and the individuals they serve. Outside of work, Jaque has led nonprofit women’s groups, is active in her church community, and enjoys hiking, kayaking, gardening, and cooking. Known for her tenacity, gratitude, and heart for service, she exemplifies Oregon Provider’s mission through her professionalism, compassion, and unwavering dedication to others.

Stacy
Human Resource Manager
Since 2025
Stacy serves as the HR Manager for DD & MH Provider of Oregon, bringing more than a decade of experience in human resources and healthcare operations. With a strong background in compliance, employee relations, and organizational development, Stacy ensures that all HR functions align with agency standards and state regulations. Her expertise in onboarding, training, and benefits administration supports a positive and efficient workplace culture. Stacy’s professionalism, attention to detail, and deep understanding of healthcare HR practices contribute to a team environment built on integrity, accountability, and respect. She is dedicated to fostering a supportive work culture that empowers staff to provide the highest quality of care to the individuals and communities the agency serves.
