Patricia
Agency Director
Since June 2017

Patricia Kendrick began in 2012 as an Independent Contractor, working with individuals with disabilities through in home, community, and employment supports. In June 2017, she started the agency now known as Oregon Provider with a vision of helping clients access all areas of life. Patricia wanted to create well rounded, holistic supports that served the whole person, not just one part of their journey. Through in home services, community inclusion, and employment supports, Oregon Provider was built to help individuals gain independence, build confidence, strengthen skills, and participate meaningfully in their communities. What began with Patricia’s passion for person centered care has grown into a trusted agency focused on advocacy, dignity, opportunity, and helping each person live a full and connected life.

    Billy
    Network Administrator
    Since June 2017

    Billy Kendrick began supporting Oregon Provider in June 2017 and is the husband of the Agency Director. As part of a family run business, Bill plays an essential role in maintaining the technology that supports the agency’s daily operations. As Network Administrator, he oversees billing systems, phone operations, computer networks, software, and technical support for the team. His dependability, patience, and problem solving skills help ensure systems run smoothly so staff can remain focused on providing quality client support. Whether troubleshooting concerns, improving processes, or helping implement new systems, Bill is a trusted and steady resource. His behind the scenes work brings consistency, organization, and confidence to the agency, reflecting his long standing commitment to Oregon Provider and the people it serves.

      Stacy
      Human Resource Manager
      Since August 2025

      Stacy became our Human Resource Manager on August 4, 2025, bringing more than a decade of experience in human resources and healthcare operations to DD & MH Provider of Oregon. With a strong background in compliance, employee relations, onboarding, training, benefits administration, and organizational development, Stacy helps ensure HR functions align with agency standards and state regulations. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and understanding of healthcare HR practices support a workplace culture built on integrity, accountability, and respect. Stacy is dedicated to creating a positive and efficient environment where employees feel supported, informed, and empowered to provide the highest quality of care to the individuals and communities the agency serves. Her leadership strengthens clear HR communication and team confidence across the agency.

        Jacque
        Employee Mentor
        Since February 2025

        Jaque started off as a Direct Support Professional on October 3rd, 2022, and quickly transitioned into providing Employment Supports. With 36 years of professional experience across medical and non-medical fields, including caregiving and disability support, Jaque brings strong leadership, compassion, and dedication to her role. In February of 2025, she became Oregon Provider’s first DSP/EP Mentor, providing guidance to DSPs, supporting employees in strengthening their skills, and helping clients work toward independence and meaningful employment. Her mentorship, advocacy, and heart for service reflect Oregon Provider’s mission and the positive impact she continues to make within the team and the individuals we serve.

          Barbara
          Client Coordinator
          Since March 2025

          Barbara started as a Direct Support Professional on March 10, 2025, and quickly grew into providing Employment Supports. On February 23, 2026, she became Oregon Provider’s Client Coordinator, bringing compassion, dependability, and a calm, supportive presence to her leadership role. Barbara has always had a passion for helping others and values making a meaningful difference in the lives of clients, DSPs, and families. She supports quality care through strong communication, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to connection. Outside of work, Barbara enjoys camping, hiking, horseback riding, and being near water. She lives in Molalla and loves spending time with her family, four dogs, and two horses. Barbara’s kindness, reliability, and heart for service reflect Oregon Provider’s mission and the care we provide.

            River
            Compliance Manager
            Since 2024

              River started as a Direct Support Professional on November 25, 2019, building a strong foundation in Attendant Care and Employment Supports. As the son of the Agency Director and part of Oregon Provider’s family run business, River brings personal commitment, reliability, and care to his role. On March 20, 2024, he moved into office management to support areas of need and quickly grew into his role as Compliance Manager and valued member of the HR Team. River plays an important role in onboarding, training compliance, ISP training, and helping DSPs understand expectations. He leads staff training with a calm, organized, and steady approach. River also supports the weekly Community Dinner, creating space for mentorship, connection, and team engagement. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, working on trucks, and relaxing with video games.

              Rebecca
              Employment Director
              Since July 2017

                Rebecca has been providing services since 2014, with a strong background as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Home Care Worker. She enjoys the outdoors and has a passion for sports. As Oregon Provider’s Employment Director and Employee Mentor, Rebecca leads and supports the employment specialist team, helps onboard new clients, and guides staff with training and mentorship. She previously served as the agency’s Client Coordinator, gaining valuable insight into client needs and agency operations. Known for her nurturing personality, Rebecca finds fulfillment in helping individuals gain independence, build confidence, and achieve meaningful employment. Her leadership and dedication continue to make a lasting impact across the agency.

                Brianna
                Document Writer
                Since June 2022

                  Brianna began her journey with Oregon Provider as a Direct Support Professional on June 27, 2022. She later became our Administrative Assistant on November 21, 2022, before growing into her role as Document Writer on April 4, 2024. A military child who now calls Oregon home, Brianna brings over ten years of experience supporting individuals with barriers in both California and Oregon. Her direct support background gives her a strong understanding of client needs, allowing her to create clear, compassionate, and person-centered documentation. Through ISPs, support plans, agency communications, and meaningful narratives, Brianna helps ensure each person’s goals, strengths, and story are represented with care and accuracy. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, and rafting with her husband and son. Brianna values teamwork, inclusion, community, and support that helps people feel seen, respected, and empowered.

                  Becca
                  Employee Mentor
                  Since April 2026

                    Becca started as a Direct Support Professional on March 10, 2025, and quickly expanded into providing Employment Supports. On April 16, 2026, she stepped into the role of Mentor bringing dedication, compassion, and a strong background in behavioral health and customer service to her work. Becca is goal-oriented and thrives where she can support, guide and uplift others. Her experience as a Behavioral Health Tech at Virtue at the Point strengthened her skills in client safety, behavior observation, documentation, and support. She brings warmth, empathy, and professionalism to her role, helping DSPs grow while supporting clients in building independence, confidence, and meaningful connection. Becca’s caring approach and commitment to service reflect Oregon Provider’s mission and impact she continues to make within the team and all individuals we serve.
