My name is Shayla I live with my husband and two pets, spooky who is our cat and Grizzly our one year old red heeler. I am trained to do employment supports as well as direct supports. I love spending time with my friends and family as well as those who I support. My favorite thing about my job is watching those around me grow and become better people and learn new skills. I have been doing this line of work since 2019 and have enjoyed meeting all of the new people it has brought me.

Hey, I'm Seth! I'm a proud Oregon native, was born in the Portland area but my home is in Bend. I'm the oldest of eight and grew up on a small farm (home schooled, of course). I've always loved combining physical activity with my passion for helping others, which is why I have been a martial arts instructor and firefighter/EMT over the past decade. On the weekends you can find me hiking, fly-fishing, kickboxing, and petting every dog in sight. Hello! My name is Deirdre [Deer-dra], I have over 7 years experience assisting people with barriers to find employment. I started out in the employment industry working as a paid intern at Portland Community College. For 6 months I helped students with creating resumes and offered interview tips and hosted job fairs. After my internship I took a job with a local non-profit working as an Employment specialist. The non profit had a much larger client base and I got to serve an amazing group of people. My new position is in some ways similar to my last but with more responsibility. I truly love this line of work and look forward to new experiences. I love traveling with my daughter, jamming to old school tunes with my sister, and spending time with friends at the coast.

Having worked in the non-profit world for many years, as well as being an investment broker for years, I believe I have a balanced view on the world around me. I truly believe we all deserve respect and love, I am so looking forward to working once again with people that put other's needs as paramount in their lives. My name is Ilsa (ill-suh) and I am the mother of the most spectacular little human, my daughter Felicity. We live with 2 fluffy cats, Kinoko and Thistle, and some of my favorite activities are anything my daughter and I can do together. I look back on these years with very fond memories of both the children I worked with and my friends on staff.

I am a very proud mother to two beautiful teenage girls who are my best friends. I was blessed to be able to be a stay-at-home mom, and enjoyed the opportunity to home-school my girls for a majority of their education. They are currently busy students at Sam Barlow High School, and keep a packed schedule with school, sports, youth group, and friends.
